My story

Hello everyone, my name is Nora! I'm a 7 year old spayed female Great Pyrenees mix. I weigh around 85 pounds, but I'm a little underweight. I have a quiet and calm demeanor. I'm the sweetest, most affectionate love bug you will ever meet. A real life teddy bear! I'm an outgoing lady who loves long walks and cuddling .

Little is known about my background. In September 2016, I was found as a stray wandering the streets of Los Angeles. I was filthy and extremely matted, and it looked like I hadn't been groomed in years. I was picked up and brought to a local high kill shelter. They thought that I possibly had an owner because I had a microchip, but nobody came looking for me. I had almost given up all hope, but then one day, CageFree came to my rescue! They could see my beauty beyond the neglect and accepted me into their pack right away. They took me to the groomer and had to shave me so I could start fresh! I'm feeling and looking awesome now.

I'm having a great time here while I'm waiting for my new family to come along. I get to play with other pups, sun bathe, what could be better? Well, of course, a forever home would be better!
