Meet Tucker!
he is a young adult lab mix. 2-3 years old, 55 lbs, healthy and well mannered.
We rescued Tucker from a high kill shelter after he was picked up as a stray and not reclaimed. He had a microchip but it was not registered. Tucker seems to be a laid back boy, doesn't seem to be bothered by much... walks well on leash, does fine in a crate and gets along well with other dogs. Tucker chases cats. We are unsure if Tucker is housetrained. This sweet boy will make someone very happy!

About Southern ROOTS Rescue Inc. - Chattanooga Chapter

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a small, non profit, all volunteer organization that has been dedicating our spare time to save Southern dogs in need for over 7 years. We are located in Knoxville TN. Our goal is to reduce the number of dogs in the "high kill" overpopulated shelters in our region and find them permanent loving homes. We are not breed specific, but are committed to the breeds and mixes that tend to be overly abundant in the southern states. We adopt to both local families and families in the Northeast. We place most of our orphans in homes in the northeast by offering USDA certified transport services.
