Hi! I'm Diamond! My owner moved away and I couldn't go with her so I'm now looking for my true forever home! Yes, I'm a vision of beauty and have the prettiest blue eyes you'll ever see! I have cute, small black spots around the edge of my ears. I'm approx. 2 years old and approx. 53 pounds(10/2). You will not find a better, more well-behaved house dog than me! You can leave food out and I will not bother it. I don't get in the trash or destroy things. I am leash trained and house trained. I ride well in a car. I am easy to give a bath to. I am shy until I get to know you and then I'm very gentle, sweet, and loving. Even though I am a big girl, I will climb in a lap if invited. I have been around around a power wheelchair and do fine. I haven't been tested with cats and haven't really been around young children much. My preference is adults and/or teenagers. My ideal home would be with a settled couple or individual that has time to spend with me and enjoys the companionship of a four-legged friend. I get along fine with some dogs, but not all, so my preference would be a home where I am the only pet; which would also, conveniently, allow me to get all of the attention! A fenced yard to run around in would be pretty nice also! I do need my daily exercise! I am very smart and learn quickly. I'm eager to please. I really enjoy being petted and loved on. The more love and attention I get, the better! I'm not a barker. I'm ready to learn new things and live the good life I so richly deserve! I'd love to be an exciting addition to your wonderful life! I'll provide the unconditional love and you can provide the safe and loving home! Belly rubs are a must!

All pets come with up-to-date vaccines, deworming, microchip, and health certificate from veterinarian within 48-72 hrs of transport. All pets come from NC/VA (our euthanasia rate is approx 85%) and must be quarantined (to ensure health) prior to leaving the state. We go ahead and post them in hopes of them having a home ready and waiting for them to go, once their quarantine period is over. We also adopt into Canada. FAST, AFFORDABLE TRANSPORTATION IS AVAILABLE if needed along the eastern United States, SO PLEASE DON'T LET DISTANCE STOP YOU FROM ADOPTING!
