Nicky's Story...
Sweet boy! DOB 2005. Owner surrender to LCDAS. Nicky had a terrible flea allergy and hair loss. With some antibiotics, medicated baths and LOTS of love he has healed nicely! He is a pretty low key guy. He likes short walks on a leash and woul prefer a secure, fenced in yard as he loves to lay in the sun and roam around the yard. He will sleep by your feet while you are sitting on the couch watching tv and will be your best buddy. He likes to play fetch with a tennis ball for a little while as well. He does great with other dogs and cats, but not with bunnies and chickens. Nicky will come with 10 months of Teifexis and has had a full senjor blood panel done along with his yearly vaccinations and a full check up. He is a great dog with lots of love to give.
An adoption fee will apply of $100 and a home check. He cannot be adopted out of the state of Florida

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nicky, a Lehigh Labrador Retriever/Golden Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Golden Retriever for sale in Lehigh, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Golden Retriever dog from a breeder in Lehigh.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lehigh already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lehigh breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Golden Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lehigh paves the way for another one to be saved.
