KATIE is an amazing Lab/Ridgeback girl approx 5 years old. Katie is good with most other dogs (she seems to prefer small dogs), she ADORES children, she is housebroken/crates well, she loves car rides, and she has lived with a cat in the past. She is loved by everyone everywhere she goes! She is a happy, pleasant girl who will make a wonderful family pet. Please visit www.pawstn.com to complete our adoption application process if your family is excited to share all of life's best with sweet Katie.

The donation to adopt is $200- The average cost of vaccinations, deworming, micro chipping, spay/neuter, heartworm testing and a month's care is $200. If your dog's expenses are covered by your adoption fee, the remainder of the fee goes straight to the dogs to pay for food, medical care and the dogs daily needs. Your fee helps us rehabilitate a dog with long term needs or save a weak puppy. You might be buying time and life for a large dog, a black dog, or a shy dog, a dog whose life is not a financial practicality. When you adopt one of our dogs, you are not buying a pet; you are supporting our life saving rescue work.

Please feel free to e-mail us at petsareworthsavingtn@live.com if you have any questions.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Katie **SPONSORED**, a Clarksville Rhodesian Ridgeback/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rhodesian Ridgeback/Labrador Retriever for sale in Clarksville, or seeking a Rhodesian Ridgeback/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Clarksville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Clarksville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Clarksville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rhodesian Ridgeback/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Rhodesian Ridgeback/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Clarksville paves the way for another one to be saved.
