Check out my movies:

Fiona loves playing with toys, napping in the sunshine, and just spending time with you! Fiona would make a wonderful companion...she is really good company!

Fiona has a true heart of gold ~ she brightens the lives of all of those around her with her happiness & joy.

Fiona attends the group pack walks with our ...amazing volunteers, the weekly group training sessions at K9 Activity Club & Lodge (and she is doing really well learning her basic cues like sit, come, lay down & walking politely on a leash). Fiona also loves going to Kings Kastle to spend time playing with other dogs!

Fiona loves playing with other dogs...but we feel she should be the only dog in the home. She'd love to live with (respectful) children ages 15 and older.

I am a spayed female, black and white pit bull terrier mix.

I am estimated to be about 2 years and 2 months old.

I have been at the shelter since 07/15/2016.

About North Bay Canine Rescue & Placement

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a group of people dedicated to rescuing dogs from crisis situations, some of which include euthanasia by animal shelters, neglect and other forms of abuse, or "free to a good home" ads, which result in dogs being bounced from one home to another, or being acquired by animal brokers ("bunchers") and sold to research laboratories where they are used for testing then discarded ("cruelty industries").

NBCR&P works primarily with 5 herding breeds, and herding breed mixes. On occasion, NBCR&P also rescues and places other breeds. We foster our dogs in a home environment, rather than a kennel, if at all possible. We take pride in our promise that at any time and for any reason in the dog's life, if the need arises, he or she has a safe place with us ("return to rescue" policy).
