Grace's Story...
Name: Grace
Breed: Border Collie Cross
Age: Adult
Gender: Female

Grace is an adult female Border Collie mix, a beautiful brindle and white girl who is gentle, adores the kids, loves other dogs, and has a silly side that comes out when she has a toy to play with or she sees the leash come out for walks. This girl is the whole package when it comes to good dogs. She is housetrained on a schedule (though expect accidents as she transitions), crates well for the workday, minds her manners in the house, gets along well with other pets, and loves people. Initially a bit shyer in new situations, she warms up very quickly with some treats, patience, and time. Grace has some energy to her and loves her walks, playtime, or trips to doggy daycare but she blends it well with a snuggly side that just leans right up into you for love and cuddles. She has it all…looks, personality, and manners. She’s just waiting for the perfect family to come find her! For additional pictures and a video of Grace, check out her dropbox: http://bit.ly/2edaiZA

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Grace, a Minneapolis Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Minneapolis, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Minneapolis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Minneapolis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Minneapolis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Minneapolis paves the way for another one to be saved.
