Introducing Milkbone! He's a one year old Alaskan Husky mix. Poor Milkbone was a humane surrender. The family had him on a tangled chain outside without food or water. His family's treatment didn't deter his zest for life. Milkbone is a happy boy that likes people. Upon his arrival Milkbone was selected to participate in Friendship's Prison Dog Program. He has spent the last several months being trained in obedience, basic commands, manners, house training, and proper leash walking. Milkbone will be back at Friendship and available for adoption this FRIDAY, OCTOBER 07, 2016. Milkbone will be a proud Prison Graduate.

If you are interested in adopting this dog, adoption applications are now being accepted. Stop by Friendship and fill one out ASAP or call the shelter at
440-322-4321, if you live a distance away call to see if the staff will accept a fax. Please do NOT email the app to the adoption emails. It will not be accepted. Applications can be found at friendshipapl.org under ADOPT-Dogs and Puppies.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
