Tink's Story...
8 years old
Will work for snuggles. Tink was signed over to our shelter when she wasn’t getting along with the other dogs in the house. First thing we noticed with Tink is that she isn’t one to share her people. She can meet another dog and be just fine but as soon as another dog wants to say hi to her people she isn’t having it. Tink just loves her people so much. As soon as you meet she will plant herself right by your side and will be nuzzling your neck or nudging your hand waiting for attention. You won’t find a more loving dog as far as your look and she is ready to find a forever cuddle buddy.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tink, a Fruit Heights Border Collie/Springer Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Springer Spaniel for sale in Fruit Heights, or seeking a Border Collie/Springer Spaniel dog from a breeder in Fruit Heights.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fruit Heights already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fruit Heights breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Springer Spaniel breeders who help with Border Collie/Springer Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fruit Heights paves the way for another one to be saved.
