Meet Jonah! He’s a handsome, fun-loving, mostly Lab boy who weighs in at 63 pounds and is about 2 years old. Jonah came to us from a shelter in rural Tennessee where dogs do not have a chance unless they are taken by a rescue. Fortunately, Ms. Marina came by the shelter and fell in love with this boy and brought him home with her where he could learn what it is like to be in a loving and caring home. Jonah is calm in nature, good with cats and other dogs, walks well on a leash and is working on his housetraining. He is a complete sweetie pie when he meets new people and would love to be part of a family or a special companion for someone. Jonah would be a great running, walking or hiking mate and would love to sit at your feet while you work on the computer, read a good book or watch TV. Jonah has been vetted, neutered, is finished with his shots and is just waiting patiently for someone to look into his warm brown eyes and say “that’s my boy.” PLEASE NOTE: Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted. Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site. The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.
