Ozzy's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Ozzy's Story...
Ozzy is an 11-month old Australian Shepherd mix who weighs 36 lbs. He is neutered, micro-chipped, up to date will all shots. He is good with basic commands and walks well on a leash.

Ozzy is a total sweetheart. He likes to play with his toys and fetch them. He also enjoys chewy treats and antlers.
He is wonderful with all size dogs, and totally kid-friendly. He "grew" up in a home who had a day care in her home. Ozzy is totally house-broken and crate-trained. He is very sweet and gentle and loves attention.
Ozzy is active and will need daily exercise with walks, play sessions, run along jogging, hiking. Ozzy would also benefit from a fenced back yard. He would be a wonderful companion to another dog in the home.
Adoption fee applies!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ozzy, a Baltimore Australian Shepherd/Blue Heeler puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Blue Heeler for sale in Baltimore, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Blue Heeler puppy from a breeder in Baltimore.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Baltimore already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Baltimore breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Blue Heeler breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Blue Heeler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Baltimore paves the way for another one to be saved.
