Oona's Story...
Meet Oona! Oona was part of a litter that we here at Paw Patrol took in. Oona was living outside before she came to us but started living it up in her new home - right on the couch! Oona is living with kids at her foster home and she is in heaven! Oona is hoping she can get some human kids of her own to play with. Oona is your typical puppy that likes to play in the backyard with a ball, chew on her toys and take long naps. Oona sleeps in her crate at night but enjoys naps on the couch when she can.

To make Oona a part of your family, go to www.pawpatroldayton.com to fill out an application!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Oona, a Kettering Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Kettering, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Kettering.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kettering already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kettering breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kettering paves the way for another one to be saved.
