Luna's Story...
"My name is LUNA, and I'm a lovely Siberian Husky female who's about two years old. As you can see, I'm a beautiful snowy-white dog with stunning blue eyes. I have a great personality, too. I'm friendly and affectionate, but not too needy. I truly love to be around people, and I wouldn't want to be relegated to the back yard all the time. I'm an intelligent and responsive pooch, so I'll instantly sit on command. With my smarts and attentiveness, you could probably teach me just about anything. I'll need plenty of daily exercise, such as a good long walk, a hike, or a jog, and you should see how I excel at playing fetch! I love being in the great outdoors, and I'll relish any time that I get to spend with you. I'd need to have good-sized fenced yard, along with a comfy dog bed inside the house. I need to be in an adult home and I need to be the only dog in my home. I'm listed as a large dog, but I could also be considered a larger medium-sized dog at just under 60 pounds. I hope you'll come visit me soon. We can go out to the nice play yard and get to know each other. Love, Luna"

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Luna, a El Cajon Siberian Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky for sale in El Cajon, or seeking a Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in El Cajon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in El Cajon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a El Cajon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky breeders who help with Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in El Cajon paves the way for another one to be saved.
