Hey everybody.... guess who? It’s me Alaska. I’m back and hoping that third time I’ll be lucky and Animatch will get it right. Both families who adopted me were great but I am just a lot of dog with a mind of my own and tons of energy . I originally found myself at Animatch as a wee pup, thanks to the Nordic Paws Project. Many Northern dogs have a certain calm and serene side to their personality – not me; I’m feisty and always raring to go. I absolutely need obedience training with people who will follow through and be very consistent. It can be difficult when bringing up a pup like me because I’m so darn cute except everyone in the family must enforce the same rules – no mixed messages. With my alert, inquisitive nature, I will surely excel at obedience training. Agility would be an activity that I’d love to try as I am so sleek and lithe. I can be destructive when I’m left alone too long so a family who is not gone more than a few hours would best suit me. I love other dogs and would enjoy a canine companion; as for cats, let’s not go there. I would be the ideal companion for an active, outdoorsy family or someone who enjoys a daily run, hike in the woods, or a game of Frisbee. Nothing gets me down and I just know that the right match is out there ... they just haven’t found me yet. Please fill in the Adoption Form if you feel that you are the one
