Facts about Thumper
Breed: Chihuahua/Rat Terrier Mix
Color: White - With Black
Size: Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
My name is Thumper and I have 5 brothers and sisters. Along with my mom Bambi, we were dumped at the March Lane Target in Stockton in a crate with no door. My mom got scared and ran away. A nice couple took us home and gave us baths and fed us, but we really missed our momma. She ran across a busy street and got grazed by a car and picked up by some UOP students. The next day they contacted a rescue group who took her in. They posted momma on FB and that she was missing her babies, and the couple that saved us contacted her. We were reunited that next night!!!! we are about 6 weeks old and are starting to eat real puppy food. Momma is going to get adopted as soon as we stop nursing. We are all between 1.5 and 2lbs and love to run around, but we fall over a lot! It's fun. We also play with toys and each other. I'm the biggest of the litter and I earned my name Thumper. We'd really like to find our forever homes...with YOU!
We rescue a variety of animals, and actively search for forever homes. We also provide a safe "haven" for any animal who may not be adoptable.
Our Adoption Process...
Our adoption process requires an adoption application, a phone screening, meet and greet with animal, a home check and adoption fee. Our adoption fees vary by animal, and include all shots, spay/neuter procedure and microchip.
