Handsome Bubba was found as a puppy on the shoulder of busy I-35 in Dallas. Lucky for him, his foster mom scooped him up and has raised him to be such a well-behaved gentleman. Due to a change in her health, she is no longer able to keep him, so LSR is assisting her in finding his perfect furever home!
Bubba knows many commands including sit, stay, shake, lie down, roll over, and come. He's house and crate trained, walks great on a leash, and plays nicely with other dogs! He's a natural at frisbee, and his foster mom thinks he would make a great agility dog or running companion for an active family. He would love an active person or family with kids to run and play, kiss and cuddle. Bubba is a little shy when meeting new people and really appreciates someone who understands and doesn't mind sitting on the floor with him a bit at first. Then he will be your new bestie!
Bubba's adoption fee is $225 and includes his neuter, rabies, vaccinations, microchip and heartworm prevention while in our care. If you are interested in meeting Bubba, please fill out an application at http://www.lonestarrescue.org/lone-star-adoption-form!
