Texas Litter Control is a high volume, high quality spay/neuter and wellness clinic for cats and dogs. We have a sanctuary for cats with terminal illnesses and major behavioral issues. We have multiple adoption sites. Our focus is mostly on Montgomery and Harris Counties in Texas. We recently got the ordinance changed in Montgomery County to allow us to start a community cat program. Healthy, stray cats are diverted to our spay/neuter clinic from the shelter and they are fixed and returned to their community. Since our spay/neuter clinic opened, we have reduced our shelters intake by 600 animals a month!

Our Adoption Process...
Texas Litter Control has an open adoption process. We ask that adopters agree to keep cats indoors. We do have some cats who are appropriate for outdoors, but you need to just let us know. Our adoption fee is $25. A cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, combo tested for FIV/FeLV and vaccinated. We ask that if you adopt one of our cats and at some point you can't keep it, we want the cat back!
