Luna's Story...
Meet Luna
Luna is approximately 9 weeks old as of 10/4/16
She looks more brownish in color than black, but that can change as she grows up.
She is your typical active and playful little kitten. She plays hard and sleeps hard. Loves to chase feather toys, and play with her littermates. She would love to be adopted with one of her siblings, so she has a playmate to grow up with. But its not a requirement.

Lunas Adoption Donation is $110
This includes Spay, Rabies, First Distemper, Strongid Dewormer, Microchip and FELV/FIV testing.

If you would like a preliminary questionnaire to adopt Luna, please email us at

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Luna, a Highland Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Highland, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Highland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Highland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Highland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Highland paves the way for another one to be saved.
