Clarissa is a true Texas girl and lives on a small ranch with horses and cows. While she is used to her wide open spaces, she is also content on a couch watching a movie. She is a very happy and loving dog that loves to play, swim and run with her foster family of dogs. She also has a never-ending curiosity about her foster cat family, whom she gets along with very well. Clarissa is also great with children (currently living with two 8 year olds) and, of course, adults. She shows her gratitude daily with big waste-hugging bear hugs. Clarissa would do best with a family that has a stay at home person to hang out with. She is happiest when she can see her humans, cuddling with them, walking with them and just being near them. If you think that you can provide Clarissa with the love, attention and security that she craves and would like to be on the receiving end of her generous bear hugs, please contact SAVE Rescue Coalition. Clarissa’s foster family love her very much and would love to tell you all about her.
SInce 2013, we have been sending dogs and puppies over 4 months to loving homes in the New England area, Canada and the Pacific Northwest. We have sent over 200 dogs to new homes in these areas with great results. We work very hard to match the right dog to the family to create lifelong companions.
