Chelsea the Yorkie-Poodle Mix

Chelsea is a happy, healthy 8-10 yr old (8lb) Yorkie-Poodle possibly Dachshund mix who is quiet, playful and spunky. She loves people and is comfortable around other dogs. She is great on and off leash, wants to be in your lap snuggling and loves to play with her stuffed toys. While she is good with other pets outside of the house, she will guard her bed and toys so would be best as an only pet. She is an easy, house-trained dog who could be a great companion for anyone wanting a sweet lap dog. She is a super snuggler and has the temperament to do therapy work. She is a very quiet dog who can live in an apt (she is being fostered in an apt now and does not bark at all).

She was surrendered to a city shelter because her owners could not afford the hernia surgery she desperately needed. We took care of the surgery and a full dental and she has been given a clean bill of health and is ready to steal your heart.
