We pulled Bernie from a local shelter. This boy had a sad past he was found with a broken jaw. He has no teeth on his one bottom side so his tongue hangs out. Despite his past he loves everyone! He is good with other dogs and only wants love. If interested in adopting or fostering Bernie apply at pittiesandpals.com
