"The best part of the day is bedtime, because that's when I get to cuddle up next to you! It's lonely sleeping all by myself with nobody to call me their special kitty.... Maybe your pillow has room for a friendly kitty like me?" Ishtar is a sweet, talkative girl with gorgeous smokey fur. Her favorite activities are lounging and rolling over for pets. Come meet her and give her a chance to win you over!We are open for adoptions Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 12pm -7pm, and Mondays from 2pm-5pm. Please refer to our website (www.SeattleAreaFelineRescue.org) for our adoption policies. You can also find fees other helpful tips about adopting from SAFe Rescue.

Come Meet Our Pets...
Please stop by our adoption center to meet our adoptable kitties. Our adoption fees and hours of operation are listed on our website (www.SeattleAreaFelineRescue.org).
Our Adoption Process...
Adopters must agree to keep the pet for the duration of the cat's life--up to 20 years. We require an indoor-only situation. Kittens 6 months old or younger are adopted out in pairs/multiples unless another suitable kitten or young cat is already in the home. Research has shown that this is healthiest for you and your kitten and is the policy of many no-kill shelters.
