Savannah 'Savy' is a very special girl to her foster family. She is a six year old husky cross. Savy is one of those dogs that makes you marvel at their intelligence and creativity! Savannah needs a family that will provide her daily with mental and physical exercise- with out both types of stimulation - she will create her own fun!
Savy prefers male dogs for her buddies but is ok with females. She is tolerant of feline friends. Savannah adores kids. The preschoolers in her foster home are among her favorite people. She is typically found with the resident 3 year old boy, observing Legos, listening to a story or just being a large calming presence.
Savannah needs a home that has Nordic breed experience. She needs a home that will give her not only the love she wants, but the exercise she needs and patience she deserves. It is hard for this foster home to put into words how much we love and appreciate this amazing dog. She is not the dog for everyone but she will make someone's life very full!
Savannah has been spayed, microchipped, and tested negative for heartworm disease. She is also up to date on age appropriate vaccinations. Savannah's adoption fee is $200 plus sales tax.
