Frosty's Story...
Thanks for your interest in a PAWS kitten! Frosty is the kitten in the front of the 2 kitten pic.

Frosty is a very sweet, friendly and playful kitten. She is a pretty silver torbie, an unusual color in cats. It's a sort of combo of silver tabby and tortiseshell. Her best friend is her sister Peachy, they love to play and snuggle together but it's not required they be adopted together.

To apply to adopt Frosty, pls go to:
www.pendletonpawswv.com Click on Available to adopt. Scroll down to find, fill out and submit our Adoption Application.

Filling out our application does not obligate you to adopt, but it does help us learn what you can provide for a kitten and what you are expecting in a kitten. Thank you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Frosty, a Franklin Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Franklin, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Franklin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Franklin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Franklin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Franklin paves the way for another one to be saved.
