Baxter's Story...
He may look like he's in a bad mood, but Baxter is really a very sweet, gentle, well behaved 5 year old pure bred Himalayan. Baxter's previous owners, sadly, declawed him. He is a gorgeous cat, with a very charming, sweet temperament. This lovable guy was registered with papers by his previous owner. But what matters most is that Baxter is going to make anyone or any family very happy. Baxter's adoption fee is $200.

Tax deductible adoption fee of $200. All of our animals are fixed, chipped, and up to date on vaccinations. Cats are negative for Feline Leukemia and HIV.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Baxter, a Arcadia Himalayan cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Himalayan for sale in Arcadia, or seeking a Himalayan cat from a breeder in Arcadia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Arcadia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Arcadia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Himalayan breeders who help with Himalayan rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Arcadia paves the way for another one to be saved.
