Facts about Cruiser - S. TX

  • Breed: Bichon Frise
  • Color: White
  • Age: Adult
  • Size: Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
  • Sex: Male
Hi! My name is Cruiser and I am 18 months old and I weigh 17.5 pounds. I was rescued by Small Paws Rescue and after visiting the nice doctor and being treated for heartworms I have been staying with my foster mom while waiting for my forever home. I really want to be loved but I am a bit timid so for now Mom tells me I’m a very good boy and encourages me to “Come” so she can put me on her bed where I sleep quietly all night. I am working on my house training. When Mom holds me I just melt into her arms and I will lie there for hours if possible. When I have my forever home, Mom thinks I will form a deep bond with my human, I bark to alert mom when someone is outside and I am always eager when she returns home. I’m learning to walk nicely on my leash. I love cheese as a treat so please have a lot – if you live in Wisconsin that would be even better! I have been around children and I like them, but I was scared of the cat I saw! Although Mom really loves me, I need to find my forever home so that she can help other doggies to become good boys also. Cruiser needs another dog in the home. Children in the home need to be at least 10 years old. He’s located in S. TX

Donations are greatly appreciated for his care. If you would like to donate, please click here
