Say hello to Oliver! This handsome fella is a 1.5 year old, husky/schnauzer mix. He enjoys being active and walks well on leash, making him the perfect outdoor adventure companion. Oliver is smart and eager to please, training would be a rewarding experience for all involved. Due to his size and enthusiasm he would do best in a home with dogs his size (or larger) and older children. A home without small animals such as kitties is a must as he enjoys chasing them. Oliver is up-to-date on vaccines and preventatives, he is also neutered and microchipped. Oliver is also a gentleman and is already house trained. Currently, Oliver calls the Franklin County Animal Rescue in St. Albans, VT home but is ready for a new adventure this fall. If you're looking for a new best friend that would also be a great outdoor adventure partner, than please consider Oliver! To learn more or setup a time to meet him, please contact the Franklin County Animal Rescue at 802-524-9650 X 13.

PLEASE NOTE - Oliver is a courtesy listing meaning that he is not located at our facility and we do not have experience with him personally. We are simply sharing his information to increase his chances of finding the perfect adopter. To learn more or setup a time to meet him, please contact the Franklin County Animal Rescue at 802-524-9650 X 13.

Our Adoption Process...

We have a comprehensive adoption process that includes: a questionnaire/application, reference check, in person meetings etc. Since many of our dogs are second chance or rescue dogs we want to be sure they go to the best home possible and are setup for success. Our adoption fee is typically $250. The adoption fee covers: health certificate, microchip, updated vaccines, spay or neuter if necessary, clear stool sample, a harness and use of Tagg GPS tracker for 3 months.
