Baby Girl's Story...
I'm Really a Good Girl!
Baby Girl was born about September 17, 2013 and weighs about 9 lbs. She arrived after hours, someone just stopped in, to give her to us. He was a bit tipsy or something, but she was well loved. Someone gave Bab Girl to his daughter and his daughter brought her to Dad's house and then she left - hear it all the time around here. Dad already had plenty of his own dogs and Baby Girl went into heat so was, probably, causing quite a ruckus. Not to worry, she is spayed now. She is great with other dogs, she is said to be house trained, but we always like to mention potty floor pads sometimes make life easier for these little dogs. She is good on leash and will hang with you off leash while you do your outside chores. She enjoys car rides and chew toys, but she is not a water dog and doesn't care for the rain. She is very good with children. This sweet little thing was lucky to end up here. The Adoption Fee for this dog is $325.00.
Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, worming & flea control - a 'complete' pet. We accept CASH or Visa/Mastercard ONLY.
Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility.
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO ADOPT A DOG FROM JOYFUL RESCUES
We keep our pet list as up-to-date as possible. As soon as a pet is adopted, it is removed from the list. If a pet is still showing, it is still available for adoption.
Our primary goals here at Joyful Rescues are to re-home pets and save them from becoming homeless in the future, educate the public on pet care and spaying/neutering to control the pet overpopulation, to spay/neuter every pet before they leave us and spay/neuter as many pets, belonging to the public, as possible within our means.
