Percy is an approximate 11 year old male neutered Norwegian Forest Cat mix. He is comfortable in his foster home now and looking for a permanent home that will be able to give him the time and attention he needs. He is a gentle cat and one that will run up to you to greet you, even with some new people. He has signs of Inflammatory Bowel Disease, but he is doing well with a routine and just needs a clean litter box at all times. He has normal stool now and he is not difficult to care for. He eats well and has a beautiful coat and is at a good healthy weight. If you are interested in Percy, please contact Rescue Angels.

About Rescue Angels of Southern Maryland, Inc.

About Our Rescue Group...

Rescue Angels' mission is to change the lives of animals in need by rescuing them from undesirable situations, providing loving homes, and any needed medical care (including mandatory spay and neuter). We also have in place a successful TNR (trap-neuter-return) program to limit the population and euthanasia of unwanted animals. We strive to save one animal at a time and acknowledge that.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We are a foster-based Rescue organization, so all pets are in a loving, comfortable foster home. We also participate in regular monthly adoption events at PetSmart and Petco in Waldorf, MD. Please check our website at www.rescueangelssomd.com and our Facebook page for information.

Our Adoption Process...

Our pet adoption process is thorough and friendly, to ensure a lifetime of love and companionship. The adoption process begins when you complete and adoption application to further your interest in our dogs/cats. Once approved for adoption, we will help you coordinate a visit to the foster home at which the pet you're interested in lives. Your whole family should help decide which animal is best suited for your home and lifestyle. Please remember that this decision should be handled lightly and we expect you to care for your pet throughout it's lifetime. Our volunteers are always on hand to help you choose a pet that is right for you.
