Stroman's Story...
From his foster: "Stroman is the most active of his four siblings. Very outgoing and personable, he loves to play. He purrs every single time you pick him up and loves to curl up on your lap when he’s not running around chasing one of his bros. He is extremely playful and funny to be around. Stroman is very pretty. He is terrific with children – having been the centre of attention for a weekend with children literally doing whatever they want to him lol. He was carted around, carried everywhere, tucked in bed – you name it. Also he travels very well. He’s been in and out of the carrier, back and forth to a cottage several hours away."

Please note that all kittens 6 months and under must go to a home with another young cat to play with or be adopted in pairs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Stroman, a THORNHILL Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in THORNHILL, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in THORNHILL.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in THORNHILL already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a THORNHILL breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in THORNHILL paves the way for another one to be saved.
