Ember is a hilariously funny kitten. He just has so much energy, but he's kind of goofy too. He zooms around the room playing with whatever he can find, whatever it may be, a hair tie, a Q-tip, a piece of string, or his favorite toy, it's all the same to him..... He's also got the cutest little tail. When he is actively playing his tail lies flat against his back, he ends up looking like a little kitten purse!! He races around leaping in the air and landing, quite comically, with his little back arched and his tail flat against his back! While he is very affectionate, he is not quite the 'I'll hang out with you until you're done petting me' he's a 'Ill hang out with you until I'm done being petted' kind of dude. He is, however, the first to start purring when he even just HEARS my voice. I lift the blanket on their kitten tent in the morning, and as soon as he hears me, before it's even uncovered so he can see me, his purr is in full gear. There is no quiet purring with this little motor of his. He is a friendly, loving little guy who will always be there to add a little love and laughter into someone's life.... he's just looking for the right fit. Ember will need to be in a home with another kitten his age or another young cat. He has a surplus of energy, and will need someone to help him 'play it off'. Humans are welcome too, I assure you.

Our Adoption Process...
All adoptions of our cats and kittens are subject to approval by Town Cats. If approved, you can take home your new feline friend the same day provided the cat or kitten is ready to go! Check http://www.towncats.org/adopt for our most current adoption fees. Each cat will be spayed or neutered, vaccinated, tested for leukemia/FIV, dewormed, defleaed, microchipped, plus routine medical check up done prior to delivery. Each adoption also includes 30 days free pet insurance and 20% discount coupon for Pet Food Express stores (check at time of adoption, sometimes we have alternate coupon books available).
Outdoor/Feral Cats adoptions require a site inspection and adoption fees vary depending on how many cats you adopt, a minimum $25 donation per cat is recommended as each cat will have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed and defleaed (and microchipped, if possible). We deliver feral cats to you and will provide the enclosure/cage required for minimum 30 day imprinting.
Ask us about senior cats for senior people rates too, which are negotiated based on the cat and the person's unique situation!
