Eliza was frail, thin, and sick when found as a stray; she'd been
living near a playground and fed on scraps from the kids who played
there. She's about a year old now (as of September) and is skinny no
Happy and healthy, this girl is spayed and up-to-date on her shots. As
her exotic coloring suggests, Eliza is no ordinary cat: she is snuggly

house for such a divine kitty?
If you are interested in Eliza, consider letting us know by filling out a (no obligation) adoption application (http://www.pgspca.org/adopt/online-adoption-application/).
We are an all-volunteer group and do not operate a shelter. All of our
animals are in foster homes. We are unable to place our animals outside
of the Baltimore/DC area.
