Facts about Nibbles

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Unknown
  • Age: Kitten
  • Sex: Male
  • ID#: 10644834
  • Hair: Short

Nibbles came to us from Safe Harbor Humane Society where he was diagnosed with a neurological condition, he was walking in circles and not doing well. We later found out he was blind! He slowly got his sight back, had a seizure, and lost it again. His foster mom nursed him back to health and he can see again! He no longer had any neurological issues, he can see fine, and is very healthy! He does have one issue, Single kitten syndrome. This can happen when a kitten grows up without siblings. They don't learn how to play properly and can be very rough sometimes! He tends to play rough and sometimes likes to chomp down to play with hands and fingers and feet. This should get better as he gets older, but right now we would have to say he's naughty!

If you are interested in adopting one of our wonderful cats or kittens, you can apply on our website: . Please allow several days for us to process your application. We are a small, all-volunteer group and we are doing our best to work quickly! After the application is processed we will make arrangements for you to meet the cats that interest you. All of our cats and kittens are raised in our homes and live with us until they are adopted. They live with us as part of our families so we know them very well and we can help you find your perfect cat! Cats are rarely caged (only if its medically necessary) so you can visit with them and see how they act in a home. Our adoption fees are $50 for adult cats, $85 for kittens under one year, and double the love with two adult cats for $85. All cats are spayed or neutered, dewormed, vaccinated for rabies and distemper, tested for FIV and FeLV (feline leukemia), and microchipped.
