already neutered, purebred, and up to date with shots.
I am already neutered, purebred, and up to date with shots.
Benson is new to us but he appears to be a very good boy. He's about 2 years old and on the large side. His kennelmate is a good-sized female that he tolerates well, and we would expect him to be fine with kids - at least older ones - as well. Benson craves human attention and should bond well with whoever his deserving new family turns out to be. Benson doesn't greet male dogs very well when on leash but he is smart so once he knows "heel" well, his manners should greatly improve.
We are a non-profit, no-kill rescue/sanctuary specializing in dobermans but also rescuing small dogs. Most of our dogs come from animal shelters before they are euthanized and are given a second chance at a new home.
Come Meet Our Pets...
We are located on a small ranch nestled in the orchards of Fillmore, ca. We are open every saturday from 11:00am-3:00pm for open house adoptions. We can arrange weekday or sunday visits by appointment as well.
Our Adoption Process...
We ask that you bring the whole family (including the four legged) so we can best match you with the right dog. Once you have found your new companion we will have you fill out a one page adoption agreement. We ask a donation of $200-$250 for a doberman and $150 for a little dog. All dogs go home spayed or neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped, with a collar, ID tag, and de-wormer.
