To meet Gage as a possible adopter, please email Casey: email@example.com and Wendy:firstname.lastname@example.org

After over 11 months at the shelter with staff and volunteers, our favorite little pitbull Gage, is now ready to find his forever home! Gage came to us with 3rd degree burns on over 50% of his body and was heartworm positive, but with the love and care of HSSM, he is s happy and healthy boy.

Please read the post below, screening for Gage is going to be very thorough so the requirements are stringent!
THE CRITERIA for Gage's ADOPTION:
1- Gage must be the only pet of the house for the rest of his life. Gage has very thin skin and can get cut and scratched so easily.
Casey Harrison, Dr. Jennifer Griffin;at Happy Tails Animal Hospital; and Wendy will go over all his medical needs for his skin and health e.i such as sun screen etc.
2- Gage was heartworm positive but because of Have A Heart Fund, the money was raised to pay for Gage's treatment. Dr. Griffin will need to be Gage's vet for life. She knows him like he was her own dog and starting his care with a new vet isn't what is best for this boy!
3-Email Casey or Wendy to ask questions and set up an appoint to meet Gage. Casey@hssm.org and Wendysp4ps@gmail.com
4-Gage will only be available to be met Thursday-Friday-Saturdays after 11am when Casey and Wendy are both at the shelter and available. He is only available by appointment only!
He isn't a normal adoption so the adoption staff are not going to be getting Gage out to show everyone. Again, by appointment only.
We can't wait to see this boy living the life as a happy healthy pittie ambassador!
