Hello there! My name is Ebony! Don't you just love the sound of my name! I have this one white dot on my nose, kind of unique wouldn't you say. I like it. One of my brothers has a white moustache & the other has a half white nose, so I guess I just got a dot. But, hey, I'm a girl! What would I do with a moustache or a half white nose.

I'm was born to a feral mama, who had her paws full nursing 7 of us. Can you imagine how tired she must have been, but she was a good mother! Now I'm with my foster parents who really feed us GREAT. We get fed 2x a day with cut up chicken & canned cat food. They make sure we have lots of protein, so we have Purina One Kitten dry food available all day long. Isn't that wonderful!

I'm a little laid back, not as much as my brother Bailey, but we just love the attention! I love playing with all the toys, climbing in the treehouse & sometimes I fall asleep in one of those snuggly places in the treehouse. And if I see a box, like the ones you can actually run thru when they are turned over - we play hide & seek all the time! Isn't that cool? And when the foster parents throw a blanket on the floor, ohhhh, it feels so good.

I want to thank you sooooooo much for asking about me. Don't you think I'm pretty cute? Hey, I'm a girly girl, so I'm cute & sweet as cotton candy. Oh, one more thing, if you adopt me, would you consider adopting one of my litter mates so we can both be in "cat heaven"??? Pretty please!

I've had all my shots, been spayed & microchipped- so I'm ready to be cuddled & loved in a caring home.

About Texas Animal Society

About Our Rescue Group...

Our goal is to promote the health and care of pets in your community through involvement, education and prevention (spay/neuter), to give a voice to the animals in need and to provide a means for others to help in the plight of dogs and cats in need of assistance, care and homes. Through the means of rescue, volunteering and fostering we can help accomplish the ultimate goal of providing quality care and humane livelihood for dogs and cats in Texas. We strive to work with individuals, county facilities, other rescues and local communities.

Founded in 2011 as MCASociety to support our local animal shelter, we soon learned we should strive to do more and rebranded to Texas Animal Society. Reaching beyond our local shelter to help the community and others as well as our shelter.

TAS is strictly operated by donations. All donations directly benefit animal welfare and care of dogs and cats.
Please consider donating to TAS for the continued rescue efforts and vetting for dogs and cats in need.
