Ginger is a very sweet young dog that appears to be a Red Heeler and Husky mix. She is a medium sized dog and weighs 35 lbs full grown at about 1 year old. She's great with kids, dogs and cats. She is very laid back in the house, gentle, friendly and affectionate. She has lots of energy when she's playing outside with her doggy playmates. They fell in love with her at the vet's office when she went in for her shots and vetting. Her foster mom says "she's absolutely the perfect dog." She's potty trained, uses a doggy door, is kennel trained and knows a few commands. She's well behaved in the house. She "grins" when she's happy. ; )
She is being fostered in Searcy, Arkansas but we transport dogs to adopters at least once a month to New England.
She's fully vetted: spayed, microchipped, heartworm negative, got the 6 month ProHeart shot in September, Rabies vaccination and puppy shots, vaccinated for Bordatella (Kennel Cough), has been wormed, and tested for Giardia and Erlichia. Her adoption fee is $450, and includes the transport fee to New England of $140.
