My name is Diesel!

Rottweiler Dog for adoption in Reisterstown, Maryland - Diesel

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Diesel's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Diesel's Story...
If you are looking for a shy but sweet rotti then please come to BHS and ask to meet Diesel, that's me! I enjoy attention like getting head rubs and if you stop petting me I will lick your hand or maybe even give your face kisses if you let me. I love food, treats and going for long walks. If you are interested in me, I would be considered foster to adopt because I have heart worm disease and once my treatment starts I will need a home where I can be comfortable to recuperate. Even if you aren't ready to adopt, you could still just foster me so that I will be out of this environment when I start my treatment. In my previous home I lived with kids and another dog named Nitrous...he is also here searching for his forever home. If you could help me out I would really appreciate it. Hope to meet you soon.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Diesel, a Reisterstown Rottweiler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler for sale in Reisterstown, or seeking a Rottweiler dog from a breeder in Reisterstown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Reisterstown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Reisterstown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler breeders who help with Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Reisterstown paves the way for another one to be saved.
