My story

Callie came to us from a local high kill shelter after witnesses saw her being tossed out of a window of a truck. She was in horrendous shape and had mange that had been left untreated for some time with a severe secondary skin infection. She was very skinny and she had given up. Thankfully Callie responded to the medical care she received and she has blossomed into one of the most amazing dogs. We believe she is a Catahoula Leopard Dog/Vizsla Mix and she is estimated to be about 6 months old. She is crate and house trained. She is a very active dog and will need a family that is active. She does well with other dogs and cats and does well with kids. She is amazingly smart and very eager to learn. Callie fought a very hard battle but she won the battle and she is ready to find a family to call her own. Callie is up to date on all vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, current on heartworm prevention and spayed. Her adoption fee is $250.00.
