This is the charmingly sweet and cute little Faith! This brown and white Labrador mix and her sister were surrendered to a local shelter by their owner, and they were just hours from being put down. Now she and her sister are nearly identical twins, but at 35 - 40 pounds, this healthy year old pup is the more bold and independent of the pair, but very lovable. She loves to meet people and she loves to play with her sister.

Faith is a very active dog so she’s looking for someone to have a big backyard for her to play in, or someone who will give her a good workout every day. Once she gets to know you Faith will make a great cuddle buddy. Faith will make a great addition to any active family, but especially a family with kids.

Faith is fully vetted, spayed, & microchipped, and she has no medical issues. Faith is just waiting to be a member of your family.

If you’re not able to adopt our sweet Faith, we are still desperately needing fosters for either her or her sister.

About Houston Homeless Pet Project

About Our Rescue Group...

Houston Homeless Pet Project ("HHPP")is a core group of dedicated dog rescue volunteers who, between us, have over 50 years of experience in rescue in the Houston metro area. We are the rescue of last resort for those good Samaritans who find homeless dogs and are just trying to help. We are also the rescue of last resort for those hopeless animals that find themselves out of time at local shelters.

We provide rescue care, rehabilitative services, foster care and adoption placement to abandoned and stray dogs in the Houston metro area.

HHPP is an all-volunteer, foster based rescue. We don't have a shelter and rely on foster homes to provide our rescues with warm, loving home environments until they can adopted by permanent families.
