My name is Sophie!

Maine Coon Cat for adoption in Pulaski, Tennessee - Sophie

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Sophie's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Sophie's Story...
Sophie is a gorgeous, one-year-old reddish tortoiseshell Maine Coon mix with a calm temperament. She is very affectionate, quiet, and more cautious than her sister, Luna, in new situations. Sophie was raised indoors from a small kitten with her sister and must be an indoor-only cat. We are looking for a home where these bonded sisters can remain together. They grew up socializing with several dogs and children in the home, are spayed and up to date on shots, and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV. Please be aware that these sisters will require several scratching posts and some patient training as to where scratching is allowed in the home. Adoption fee for both, $160.00. To schedule a PetSmart Meet and Greet, please contact 931-363-5455.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sophie, a Pulaski Maine Coon cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Pulaski, or seeking a Maine Coon cat from a breeder in Pulaski.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pulaski already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pulaski breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pulaski paves the way for another one to be saved.
