My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nakita is a darling, two-year-old, female German Shepherd Dog that has just arrived into rescue! This beautiful girl is young, active and agile. Nakita is a great size at only 55 lbs and will make a great walking or hiking partner. She is very well built and is very athletic.

Nakita is also crate-trained and house broken.

Nakita is in a foster home with other dogs (two shepherds and two chihuahuas) and two cats. She loves running around in the yard with the male German Shepherd and even tries to play with the little dogs.

Nakita has excellent house manners and loves hanging out in the master bedroom on the bed while her foster family is away.

Nakita has perfect leash manners and absolutely loves going for walks, whether a five-minute walk or an hour-long walk; she is up for the exercise!

If you would like to adopt Nakita, please visit our website and apply today!
