Chase's Story...
Hi, I'm Chase, and I'm looking for a forever place to lay my head. I was found as a stray and they think I am Schipperke and/or Chow and maybe some Lab. They say I am a senior or close to it, probably around 8 or 9yrs old. I am very mellow and need an equally mellow home. I don't mind other dogs at all but a more laid back dog would be best for me because I don't really play. I'm house-broken, and with just a little practice, I know and follow commands. I love to play fetch, take rides in the car, lay in the sun and go for walks. I am a pretty quiet boy. I love to be with my person and sleep a lot and I even like cats. Let me know if you're willing to take in a medium sized older man who is very low maintenance!

Chase is 45 Pounds, neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, etc.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chase, a Lebanon Labrador Retriever/Chow Chow dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Chow Chow for sale in Lebanon, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Chow Chow dog from a breeder in Lebanon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lebanon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lebanon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Chow Chow breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Chow Chow rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lebanon paves the way for another one to be saved.
