Nixy's Story...
My name is Nixy and I am a 9 month old Great Dane and Rottweiler mix. I am almost 60 pounds, so I won't be as large as a Great Dane. I lived with 2 cats and we got along well. One liked to run from me so sometimes I would chase her, all in fun, I meant no harm. I have never lived with children, but would really enjoy a family with children 8 and up that like to snuggle and play. I love car rides and I know sit. Food is one of my favorite thing, so I am very eager to learn more. I am housebroken and crate trained too. I am a great dog and the best cuddlier around, please stop by and fall in love with me today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nixy, a Springfield Great Dane/Rottweiler puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane/Rottweiler for sale in Springfield, or seeking a Great Dane/Rottweiler puppy from a breeder in Springfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Springfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Springfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane/Rottweiler breeders who help with Great Dane/Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Springfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
