My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Shirley is a 4 year old, 30 pound mix. She is a sweet dog! She's so excited to see her humans every morning and when we come back from work. Her foster parents have nicknamed her Thumper because her tail won't stop wagging! She loves to give kisses and just got comfortable with belly rubs. She is an independent gal and is also totally fine chilling on her bed. She enjoys playing with other dogs and is calm and assertive when my dog gets in his moody mode. She loves to kiss him.

Shirley is not a barker and noted to be one of the easiest fosters that we have had and we love her!!

She is currently learning the commands: sit and stay. Her foster parents say she is very quiet and have yet to hear her bark! She walks very well on a leash and enjoys her walks.

In addition to all of her great qualities, she is housetrained! She enjoys being a couch potato and is not super energetic. She gets along with other dogs well and is happy to play with them.
