Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Buster (aka Gator) is a 10-month old, 6#, male Shorkie. What's a 'shorkie,' you might ask? Well, it's a Shih Tzu and Yorkshire Terrier (aka Yorkie.) Shorkies, and Buster, are generally good with children, good in apartments, good family dogs with minimal exercise requirements and low to no shedding. While Shorkies tend to be low-to-moderate barkers, this little guy does not like to be left alone and barks if he is left alone. Buster is super friendly to people, full of energy (since he's a curious puppy) and OK with other dogs. Buster is curious about cats and wants to chase them, but let's be honest, most cats are bigger than Buster. This sweet shorkie likes sweaters, treats, playing with other little dogs and wants to be the center of activities. Buster is learning how to walk on leash, although he is fighting it a bit. He knows how to use the doggie door and is having less accidents as he is better potty trained and his bladder grows stronger. This active puppy currently resides at our Idaho rescue. Adoption fee is $350.00 plus $100.00 refundable spay/ neuter deposit. Transport may be available to approved adopters.
