honey's Story...
honey. i just found out this beautiful girl is 16 not 11 as what i thought. i knew she was a senior but this girl is in extremely good health for a 16 year old. she just had her teeth cleaned, two tumors removed, all her shots, hw negative and microchipped and she gets around very well and has no trouble jumping on the bed and she has no arthritis yet and she sees and hears pretty good. she is a chiweenie. she is housebroken, great with older children but will get along w any kid as long as they are gentle and she is good off leash. adoption fee is $100. no signs of any senior health issues yet. i think this may be a dog that will live til she is 20. LOL. her mom just entered hospice care and i would be so happy if her baby can find a good retirement home too

Why Adoption is a Great Option

honey, a haslet Chihuahua/Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Dachshund for sale in haslet, or seeking a Chihuahua/Dachshund dog from a breeder in haslet.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in haslet already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a haslet breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Dachshund breeders who help with Chihuahua/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in haslet paves the way for another one to be saved.
