Introducing Lorna Diamond. She's a very gentle lab mix. She loves going on walks and playing with squeaky toys. She's not phased by other dogs and seems okay around cats so far. She's got a lot of personality, this girl...very lab-like behavior. She walks well on leash and would benefit from further obedience training. Her estimated year of birth is 2010 and her weight is around 60 lbs. If interested in Lorna Diamond, please email RickyC68@aol.com and please include a phone number where you can be reached. Thank you.

Please note we are always in need of foster homes for our dogs. If interested in making a difference in a dog's life we would love to share with you what it means to be a foster parent to this dog or any of the other dogs we have at our rescue.

About Smiling Dog Farms- NY chapter

About Our Rescue Group...

Smiling Dog Farms is a sanctuary for the forgotten, neglected and rejected. Our dogs come from shelters and rescues all across America. All dogs that are deemed adoptable are up to date on shots, spayed or neutered, and on heartworm prevention. Many of our dogs live in Wharton Texas, but we have very safe, reliable transport to the northeastern states.

Our Adoption Process...

Most of the dogs that come to our Sanctuary have had a scary background of being left to die in animal shelters across the country. Understandably, we are very careful in our approving our adoptions as we are dedicated to ensuring that this dogs truly go to a "forever" home. As a result, our process is stringent, requiring an application, home visit, vet and reference checks and an adoption contract. We want the adoption to be a match made in heaven for both the new adoptive parents and the adopted dog.
