Zena's Info...

Zena's Story...
Zena is so happy all the time. Zena is a 5 month old perfect tabby girl. Look at those stripes. Zena is proud to be showing off her gorgeous coat at PetCo adoption events. Zena says that PetCo employees are some of her favorite people in the world...next to her wonderful foster mom...and Dr Rob. Zena was homeless and living with her sisters and brother in a hedge next to a busy roadway until they were all saved by a Cattitude Inc volunteer. But now Zena has very little to worry about in her loving foster home. Except that her brother Roman thinks he's the boss of all the fuzzy mice. Zena thinks that female kitties really rule the world...and that they should be the bankers of all those little cat toys. Zena loves cat toys. Zena also loves all people and all other cats and kittens.

Want to meet this pretty kitty? That's easy. Just send an email inquiry to njcattitude@gmail.com - one of our friendly volunteers will respond pretty darn quick. OR...you can meet Zena in person at one of our Saturday adoption events in the Piscataway PetCo {1333 Centennial Avenue} between 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Zena is spayed - up to date on vaccinations - tested negative for fiv/felv.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zena, a Highland Park Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Highland Park, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Highland Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Highland Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Highland Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Highland Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
