Orion is a 3 month old male black with some white tips short haired kitten born on approximately July 23, 2016. He is a sweet and patient kitten who is beginning to enjoy warm laps. Orion loves to chase toys and performs some great acrobatics while trying to catch them! He also loves sitting with the family dog and playing with his brother, Oliver. Orion's loud motor lets you know how much this boy loves a back scratching; he is entranced when he is getting your undivided attention. Orion is a bit shy at public events, but is very relaxed and curious at home, having shared most of his 'kittenhood' with lots of kids, a large dog and many other pets!
Both kittens are now trained to come when you call for meal times ('kitten, kitten, kitten') and know when playing with people not to use teeth or nails. A gentle reminder ('no'), with a complete stop in the action, is occasionally needed, as they are babies and are still learning! They also know that 2 hand claps mean 'get down' (we don't allow them on table tops, etc.) and that lying down on the floor with them means, 'Let's play!'
